Set up

Place the vibrating tip on the injection target site and gently vibrate for 30 seconds (or 25 seconds, or 20 seconds, or 15 seconds).

Power on

Continue vibrating as you insert your insulin pen into the center of the vibrating DigiVibe tip and continue with your injection routine. If using a syringe, insert the syringe near the vibrating DigiVibe tip.
